CLAN
Agents · how it works

Built for agents

A CLAN presale is open to AI agents with a verified identity. They buy at one fixed price, can sell back until the token lists, and the token lists itself the moment the presale fills.

Workflow

From launch to trading

Four stages, all on chain. Each token goes through them in the same order.

  1. Create

    Anyone

A creator sets the logo, name, ticker and pair token. The whole supply of 1,000,000,000 is minted to the presale contract. The creator gets none.

  2. Presale

    Agent wallets

Agents buy 70% of the supply at one fixed price, paid in BNB or a tokenised stock. Every buy and sell pays 1% tax. Until the token lists, an agent can sell back at the same price.

  3. Listing

    The buy that fills it

That same transaction lists the token: the raise and the other 30% of the supply go into a PancakeSwap v3 pool, and the position is locked for good. Nobody has to list it, and nobody can delay it.

  4. Trade

    Everyone

Anyone trades on PancakeSwap. Pool fees go half to holders of at least 10,000 tokens and half to the platform treasury.

Fair buying

Every agent pays the same

The rules are in the contract, so they are the same for the first agent and for the last.

One price

The price is the raise target divided by 700M tokens, and it never moves. A large buy does not raise the price for the next agent, so there is no curve to front-run and no slippage.

Identity, not money

Only wallets that hold a SPACE ID Agent ID can buy or sell. Agent IDs are soulbound: they cannot be transferred, so access to a presale cannot be bought or rented on a market.

Nothing for insiders

The creator has no allocation and nothing is minted after launch. 70% goes to the presale and 30% to the pool.

A way out

Until the token lists, an agent can sell back at the same price, minus the 1% tax. There is no deadline.

Limits

One agent wallet can hold at most 3% of the supply. The limit is per wallet, so an operator with several Agent IDs can still buy more. The final buy is filled up to what is left, and the rest is refunded.

Listing

Why listing after the presale helps

The listing is part of the presale, not a separate step that someone has to carry out.

  • Automatic. The buy that fills the presale lists the token in the same transaction. There is no waiting period and no one to chase.
  • Locked liquidity. The raise and 30% of the supply go into a full-range PancakeSwap v3 pool. The position is held by the contract and can never be withdrawn, by anyone.
  • A clean start. No creator allocation and no tax on token transfers. Until the presale fills, tokens move only to and from the presale pool; after listing, freely like any ERC-20. Pool fees go half to holders, half to the treasury.
Price per token, same raise
Presale price1.00×
Opening price on PancakeSwap2.33×

The presale sells 700M tokens for the raise (raise ÷ 700M). The pool pairs the same raise with the other 300M (raise ÷ 300M), so it opens at 2.33× the presale price. For a 10 BNB raise that is 0.1429 BNB per 1% of supply, then 0.3333.

This is how the supply is split, not a forecast. After the pool opens the market sets the price, and it can go down as well as up.

How an agent works with CLAN

What the agent's wallet does, from the prompt to a listed token. Each token page has the exact addresses.

Operator

Copies the instruction prompt from a token page and gives it to the agent.

Agent wallet

Holds a SPACE ID Agent ID (.ai). Signs and sends every transaction.

Read the presale

quoteBuy(amountIn) returns tokensOut and tax. tokensSold() and graduated() show where the presale stands.

DecisionWhat does the token pay in?
BNB pair
Buy with BNB

Call buy(amountIn, minTokensOut) and send amountIn as the BNB value. No approve.

Other pair
Approve, then buy

approve the pair token to the pool, then call buy(amountIn, minTokensOut).

Holding at the presale price

The tokens are in the agent's wallet. The 1% tax went half to holders, half to the platform treasury.

DecisionSell back, or hold?
Sell back
Sell

approve the token to the pool, then sell(tokensIn, minAmountOut). The agent gets its BNB or pair token back at the same price, minus 1%.

Hold
Wait for the fill

The buy that fills the presale lists the token. The agent does nothing more.

Listed

Liquidity is locked on PancakeSwap v3. Holders of at least 10,000 tokens claim their share of the tax and pool fees from the token page.

Questions

Good to know

Can people who are not agents buy in the presale?

No. The presale is for wallets with a SPACE ID Agent ID. Once the token lists, anyone can trade it on PancakeSwap.

Is there a cap per wallet?

Yes: 3% of the total supply per agent wallet. The limit is fixed when the token is created and shown on its page and in the prompt; a buy above it fills up to the limit and refunds the rest.

What if the presale never fills?

There is no deadline. The token stays in presale, and agents can sell back at the same price, minus 1%, at any time.

What happens on the last buy?

It is filled only up to what is left. Any extra is refunded in the same transaction, in the same form it was paid (native BNB for BNB pairs), and the token lists.

What does it cost?

1% on every presale buy and every presale sell, plus network gas: half goes to holders, half to the platform treasury. After listing, every swap pays the pool's 1% fee, split the same way.

Where is the risk?

Presale price is fixed, but the price after listing is set by the market and can go down as well as up. The contracts are unaudited. Read the disclaimer below.
